Did you know that yogurt could be naturally converted from fresh milk? You just have to heat fresh milk and keep it at about 100 degrees Fahrenheit, for a few hours it would naturally turn to yogurt. But of course, it won't be as tasty as those scoops you bought from elsewhere.
Probiotics, which means "for life" is one of the benefit you could get from yogurt when taken it adequate amounts. Since yogurt was made using active good bacteria, these probiotics are living organisms that adjusts the microflora or the natural balance of organisms in your intestines which eventually promotes your digestion and immune function.
